Will PuttStation work on my iPhone?
PuttStation needs an iPhone that supports ARKit and runs iOS 17 or later. It also needs camera access and a surface the camera can track. LiDAR, an account, and a physical cup are not required.
Camera permission
The live camera view is necessary to place guides on the practice surface.
LiDAR
PuttStation does not require a LiDAR sensor.
A physical cup
Any chosen target point can become the center of the station.
Best conditions
Help the phone see the green.
- Use daylight or even indoor lighting.
- Avoid strong glare and featureless surfaces.
- Move the phone slowly during initial setup.
- Keep the camera uncovered while walking the station.
- Retarget if tracking no longer feels anchored.
