PuttStation is designed to work without an account or online service. The current version does not collect personal data from the app, use advertising or analytics SDKs, or track users across apps or websites.
Camera and augmented reality
PuttStation uses the iPhone camera, motion sensors, and Apple’s ARKit framework to measure putting-station geometry and display visual guides on the green. Camera, motion, and depth information is processed on the device. PuttStation does not upload camera frames, AR scene data, or motion data.
Information stored on the device
PuttStation stores app preferences only in its private on-device storage. The app does not create a cloud account or sync practice activity off the device. The support website and email service are separate from the app.
Data collection, sharing, and tracking
The current version of PuttStation:
- does not collect data from the app for the developer or a third party;
- does not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs;
- does not sell or share personal information;
- does not use data for advertising or tracking; and
- does not request location, contacts, microphone, photo-library, or tracking permission.
Choices and deletion
Camera access can be changed at any time in iOS Settings. Deleting PuttStation removes its locally stored settings from the device. Because the app does not operate a server account, there is no server-side profile to delete.
When you contact support
If you email support@puttstation.app, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use that correspondence to answer your question and resolve support issues—not for advertising. Our support email is delivered through Cloudflare and handled in Gmail. Please do not send passwords, payment information, or other sensitive information.
We keep support correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request, maintain relevant support records, or meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete it by emailing the same address.
This website
Cloudflare hosts puttstation.app and processes standard request information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and protect the site. We do not add advertising trackers or audience-analytics services to the website. Following a link to Apple or your email provider is subject to that service’s privacy practices.
Children’s privacy
The app does not collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information through support, contact us so we can address it.
